New to Ashtanga? Here are four simple ways to begin with Ashtanga Yoga in Tallinn.

1. Monthly Workshops

The best way to begin is our monthly weekend workshop. We establish the foundations (bandhas + breath), practice together, and leave room for questions and technique.

  • Foundation: Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha & pranayama
  • Guided practice: Led Primary (a simplified option for beginners)
  • Q&A / discussion: questions and clarifications
  • Technique: “playground” – details and mechanics

If you prefer a personal introduction, book a private session with one of our teachers.

Join our Discord — on Saturdays at 9:00 we host mini-workshops based on topics suggested by the community.

4. Just Show Up

You can also start directly in a Mysore class. We teach the sequence pose-by-pose—Sun Salutations first, then we gradually add more as you are ready.
