The best way to begin is our monthly weekend workshop. We establish the foundations (bandhas + breath), practice together, and leave room for questions and technique.
- Foundation: Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha & pranayama
- Guided practice: Led Primary (a simplified option for beginners)
- Q&A / discussion: questions and clarifications
- Technique: “playground” – details and mechanics
