Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn

Founded in 2007. Picking up where we left off.

On January 2, 2007, we founded the first Ashtanga yoga school in Estonia. By January 2010, our school was officially included in the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute (AYRI).

In December 2015, our cooperation with Lino Miele ended, and our path in the tradition went into a long pause. Now, ten years later, we are returning to our roots.

We are back to practicing and teaching traditional Ashtanga Yoga, exactly as it was taught to us by Lino Miele and Guruji. The tradition continues.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has been part of our journey together. Let's keep practicing.

“And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”

— T.S. Eliot

Morning Mysore with Jocke Salokorpi

Mysore is a traditional morning practice where everyone moves at their own pace under the teacher's guidance. We are starting with a new rhythm, both in Tallinn and online:

01. Workshop

One weekend per month. The first one is Feb 14–15.

02. In-Person Mysore

Two weeks following the workshop at Taiji Klubi (Mon–Fri 06:45–09:00).

03. Online Mysore

The following two weeks we practice together online to maintain the daily rhythm.

See you on the mat.
