Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn
Founded in 2007. Picking up where we left off.
On January 2, 2007, we founded Estonia's first Ashtanga yoga school. In January 2010, our school officially became part of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute (AYRI).
In December 2015, our collaboration with Lino Miele concluded, and our journey within this tradition entered a pause. Now, ten years later, we return to our roots.
We are here to practice and teach traditional Ashtanga Yoga exactly as Lino Miele and Guruji taught us. The tradition continues.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has been part of
our shared journey.
Let's keep practicing.
“And the end of all our exploring
— T.S. Eliot
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”
Morning Mysore with Jocke Salokorpi
Mysore is the traditional morning practice method where each person moves at their own pace under the teacher's guidance. This is not exercise—it is your daily practice and a way of life.
It may not be for everyone, but if you seek deep transformation on the levels of body, mind, and emotions, this is undoubtedly for you. This is a commitment to yoga.
"Do your practice and all is coming."
We begin with a new rhythm, in Tallinn and online:
One weekend per month. The first takes place February 21.
Two weeks following the workshop at Taiji Klubi (Mon–Fri 06:45–09:00).
The following two weeks we practice together online to maintain the daily rhythm.
See you on the mat.
