Established 2007. We pick up exactly where we left off. Ten years later, we return to our roots to practice traditional Ashtanga Yoga exactly as taught to us by Lino Miele and Guruji. But we come with fresh eyes.

- 10:30 – 12:15 Led Primary Series
(Beginners: Half primary with Terje) - 12:15 – 13:45 Long lunch. (We eat together and talk about the past ten years.)
- 13:45 – 14:30 Q&A and Discussion
- 14:30 – 16:00 "Playground" Practice: Technique and Mechanics
Sunday, Feb 15
- 08:00 – 10:30 Pranayama + Mysore
