Program
Ashtanga yoga practice every morning and pranayama (breathing), meditation or playground (technique) in the afternoon.

When will we start?
Arriving and gathering to the retreat on the evening of 7 July. We will accommodate and meet with Lino.
The practice starts at 6 AM on 8 July.
How much does it cost?
The price is 395€ which includes all yoga activities and catering 3 times a day.
Where?
The retreat is held in Lahe Maja Guesthouse, Lahe 7,
Lahe Maja Guesthouse is about one hundred years old and is situated on the edge of the old town, near the Haapsalu bay. Both town’s beaches, the castle yard and downtown’s cafés, shops and galleries are in short walking distance.

Accommodation is not included in the price.

-Your ashtanga yoga background? How long have you practiced ashtanga yoga? Which series do you practice and what is the last asana of your practice?
-If you have any questions about the possible accommodation or any other question, then we are happy to answer.
